Giorgio was welcoming from my very first class and he always takes the time to talk to everyone. The music is upbeat and we have so much fun. It takes 2-3 classes to get in the groove and mistakes are not criticized at all, just keep moving! I do my best to make the Tuesday and Thursday 10am classes and feel great after because, for exercise, it just seems fun, not like work, yet I sweat!”
